In person or panel interview both will be best when hiring someone in entrepreneurial environment. In person type of interview is best because it is most widely used type and require only one person from management to select the suitable candidates, on the other hand panel interview is best because many panel members can explore more skills of suitable candidates.

I will not use selection test because no one can express his complete personality in selection tests, moreover it is traditional method not new one. Moreover it is time consuming and lengthy practice. So I will avoid it.
